Hotel Policies

Reservations

To guarantee a reservation we require a major credit card number, as well as your cards expiration date (VISA or MasterCard). We will not make any advance charges, but please read our Cancellation Policy for further information.

Form of Payments

  • Cash (Mexican Pesos, American or Canadian Dollar Bills)
  • Credit Card (We accept only VISA and MasterCards)

Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel reservations must be canceled 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, therefore we will not charge for the inconvenience.
  • If you cancel within the 2 week period, you shall be charged the equivalent of 50% one night stay.
  • No Shows are charged a complete one night stay at our Hotel.

Check-In & Check-Out

Hotel Check-In time is 2:00 pm. Late Check-In can be arranged.

Hotel Check-Out time is 12:00 noon. If you like and have a late departing we can store your luggage at Front Desk.

Occupation

Our Hotel occupation and rates are: Single, Double and Triple.

For an Extra Person in any room please add $350.00 pesos or $25.oo US Dollars per night.

Children under 12 are considered minors, and we allow up to 2 minors per room, with no charge if sharing with an adult (s), although breakfast is not included for them. Children above the age 13 are considered adults.

Pets

Our Hotel allows small house-broken pets. This must be pre-arranged at the time of your reservation. We ask that your pets are never left alone in your suite.
